All orders from Medical Interventions, LLC may be returned within 30 days for a full refund less shipping as long as the product has not been damaged through neglect or abuse. Please email your request to: contact@nomedhrb.com to obtain an RMA number. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including product insert with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. We cannot guarantee that we will accept returns that have not been authorized by us. Medical Interventions, LLC is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Since Medical Interventions, LLC cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured. No refunds will be given after 30 days from the original order date.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Medical Interventions, LLC warrants to the consumer, for the period of NINETY (90) days from the date of purchase, this product, when used in accordance with the instructions, will perform in the fashion described elsewhere in the accompanying material. During this NINETY (90) day period, if you should discover that any part of the device is damaged or broken, whether due to a manufacturing defect, shipping or accident while in use, Medical Interventions, LLC will replace the device free of charge. To the extent permitted by local law, this warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, and precludes any other obligation of the part of Medical Interventions, LLC, including any liability for special, incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
